What money does not buy

The calculations here are built from published federal data before any commercial consideration is applied. That is the whole value of the site, and it is not for sale.

No contractor referral fees

We do not run a "get matched with a pro" funnel, do not sell reader details as leads, and do not accept payment from contractors for coverage. If that ever changes, this page will say so plainly and the arrangement will be labelled on every page it affects.
